Notwithstanding paragraph (b) of this Portion nine, if: Our connection on your Linked Bank Account is disabled for any motive even though an Advance is outstanding; You dispute our appropriate to repayment of the Advance; or else you interact in any abusive or fraudulent activity with regard to our Expert services or violate these Conditions; then
